The atmospheric garden of Thermen Bussloo boasts various relaxation areas, complete with comfortable sun beds.
The garden is enclosed by an earth wall, containing various saunas and Whirlpool facilities. This beautifully landscaped earth wall offers complete privacy to our guests. The orientation of the garden secures maximum sunshine on sunny days.
Our atmospheric garden features a waterfall, a variety of ornaments and ponds that are lit at night for added ambiance.
Our Zen garden is the perfect place to unwind and meditate. The sand beach with beach parasols evokes that “Thermen Bussloo feeling”.
Beach and lake
Thermen Bussloo is situated along a beautiful lake in the recreational area of Bussloo. Extending from our garden is our very own sand beach, neighbouring Bussloo lake. The lake is suitable for swimming, and visitors may also wish to use the immersion bath. The lake is also home to our stunning Kelo panoramic sauna commanding stunning views over the lake.

Contemplative garden
The character of the Zen garden is beautifully expressed through its sober composition. It is the perfect place to meditate or find one’s inner self. The placing of stones has a spiritual significance in Zen gardens. The stones are arranged asymmetrically, Ferns, bamboo, mosses, pine and spruce reflect the quiet and venerable nature of the garden. A prayer wheel is positioned in the centre of the garden, which also features a gravelled path and a hidden statue of Buddha. The perfect setting in which to relax and/or meditate.
