At what time will my booked treatment be scheduled?
Treatments can be scheduled between half an hour after your arrival and 22:00. No treatments are scheduled prior to 10:00. The treatment times are provided to you on arrival.

Can treatments be scheduled in parallel?
If you are arriving with several persons, we will do our utmost to schedule the treatments at the same time. However, we cannot guarantee this. The treatment times are provided to you on arrival.

If I indicate my preference for the time of my treatment, will the treatment then be scheduled at that time?
We will do our utmost to meet your wishes. However, we cannot guarantee treatment times. Treatments can be scheduled between half an hour after your arrival and 22:00. No treatments are scheduled prior to 10:00. The treatment times are provided to you on arrival.

At what time does the tour take place?
There is a tour each day at 10:30, 11:30, 13:30 and 15:30. There is no tour at 15:30 on Sundays. The tour starts at the aquarium in our lounge.

What are the lunch times?
You can enjoy a delicious elaborate lunch buffet in our N-Joy restaurant between 12:00 and 13:45. You can also lunch in our lounge. In that case you can use our lounge menu (from 11:00 – 17:00).

What are the supper times?
You can have supper in one of our restaurants between 17:00 and 20:30. Supper is served à la carte in the N-Joy restaurant. In the lounge you can enjoy a delicious plate service and in the Kelodrome’s brasserie, we serve delicious Italian dishes.

Can I bring along my own refreshments?
You are not permitted to consume refreshments brought in yourself during your visit to the Thermen Bussloo.

Are there any special ladies’ days at Thermen Bussloo?
Thermen Bussloo does not organise any ladies’ days. There is a swimwear day every second Tuesday of the month, however. Wearing swimwear is then mandatory for all guests throughout the day (from 10:00 – 23:30).

Can I bring along my own bathrobe, bath towels and slippers?
You can make use of your own bathrobe, towels and slippers during your visit. You can also rent them from us.

When do I need to hand over my discount coupon?
If you have a discount coupon, you must hand it over to us upon arrival. Gift coupons can be handed over at the reception counter upon payment (after your visit).

Does Thermen Bussloo provide for special lunch and supper diet requirements (e.g., vegetarian or gluten-free)?
Yes, it does. You can specify your diet preferences to us when you make your reservation or on arrival.

Is there a room where I can express milk?
Thermen Bussloo has a room available where you can express milk during your visit. The milk can be kept in the refrigerator.

Can I still reserve any treatments on arrival?
If you want to be sure of your treatment, we recommend that you reserve the treatment ahead of time. If you are not sure yet whether you want to sign up for a treatment, or don’t know yet which treatment to sign up for, then you can also reserve a treatment on arrival (if available).

Is Thermen Bussloo also wheelchair accessible?
Thermen Bussloo is wheelchair accessible (with the exception of the whirlpools and the steps in the baths).

Do I have to pay before or after my visit?
After your visit at Thermen Bussloo you check out at the reception desk and pay your bill there.

Can I also pay with my credit card?
Yes, you can use your credit card at Thermen Bussloo for payment (with the exception of American Express).
